At CYANIDE, each garment is produced in limited quantities with careful attention to material, structure, and finish. We operate on a small-batch model, and every order is handled individually from our studio in Lahore,Pakistan.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders.

Kindly allow 4–5 business days for order preparation and dispatch.

A tracking number will be shared once your order has shipped.

 

 

International Shipping

 

 

Please allow 4–5 business days for order preparation prior to dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Israel and the Russian Federation.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at support@cyanide.studio or reach out via Instagram, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Customs & Duties

 

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

As these fees are regulated by individual governments, CYANIDE has no control over, and cannot be held responsible for, any additional tariffs or customs delays.

 

Shipping Liability

 

Once an order has been dispatched from our studio and tracking details have been issued, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. CYANIDE is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@cyanide.studio at the earliest opportunity.

Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing or dispatch. Once confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Kindly allow 30-45 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to our limited production runs and independent logistics structure, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges.

We encourage clients to review our detailed size chart carefully and to contact us prior to placing an order with any questions regarding fit, fabrication, or construction. Our team will gladly provide guidance to ensure confidence in your selection.
